The MLILY Adjustable Pillow comes in 3 heights to accommodate different sleeping positions. Available in Thin (3.5"), Medium (4.3"), and Thick (5.1"). Every pillow has MLILY's unique shredded memory foam + down alternative (poly blend). This combination creates a more cradling comfort for your neck, head, and shoulders while providing a shapeable pillow customized to each sleeper's needs. 

As a bonus, every pillow includes an extra foam storage bag to collect removed stuffing, as every MLILY adjustable pillow is customized for each sleep during the lifetime of the pillow. The outer cover has two unique sides. One side offers a cooling. Sleep surface, whereas the opposite side is a standard non-cooling side for a more traditional temperature feel for those who do not desire a cooling side while they sleep.
