Returns and Refunds
We will accept and provide a full refund on any bedding, pillows, or other regularly stocked merchandise that is unused and unopened excluding special and custom orders. We stock nearly every product we feature on our website so there is no need to read the fine print on every product page to ensure the item you are purchasing can be returned or not.
All customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning a product to us. It is also important to remember that we offer free shipping on all items across Canada so when returning a product, a refund will be provided minus the outbound shipping costs.
As we feature 3 distinct brands it is very important for us to detail the comfort policies and return policies for each brand so everyone purchasing a mattress or topper has a clear understanding. Sleep Chest and Bedroom Furniture
Although we stock Sleep Chest Models from time to time they are considered a special order which means there are no returns, you can however cancel your order within 24 to 48 hours prior to shipping.
The same policy is applied to Wesley Allen, Fashion Bed Ornamental, Night & Day Furniture along with Savvy Rest Platform Beds and Custom Sofas.
Every Murphy Bed, or Bedroom Furniture is covered under the manufacturer's warranty. In the event of a warranty claim we will act on your behalf to service your product expeditiously as possible.
Organic Crib & Kids Mattress
We will accept a return on all organic crib mattresses up to 30 days from the delivery date provided they are unused and in the original packaging minus the outbound shipping costs. All customers are also responsible for their own shipping cost upon returning the product to Luxurious Beds and Linens.
Luxury Series Adult Mattresses - Comfort Exchange and Return Policy
Due to the quality and high customer satisfaction of Naturepedic returns on their mattresses are exceedingly rare but they do happen form time to time. For this reason Luxurious Beds and Linens and Naturpedic do our very best to make sure you are fully satisfied with your mattress purchase.
120 Day Comfort Exchange Policy
If you are not fully satisfied after 60 days of sleeping on your mattress or topper and within 120 days of delivery, you may apply a maximum of 50% of your cost towards a new Naturepedic Luxury Series Organic Mattress or Organic Topper of equal or greater value. You will be responsible for any difference in price, applicable taxes, and new delivery charges. Your original receipt from Luxurious Beds and Linens is required (If you have misplaced it or lost it simply contact us and we will send you a new one). Your original mattress will be picked up by and donated to charity. The Comfort Exchange must be exercised directly with Naturepedic and cannot be combined with any other promotions.
Since Naturepedic will never resell a used mattress, we are not able to accept any returns. We will, however, work with you as best we can to ensure a proper exchange as per the above policy if you are not completely satisfied.
It is important that you discuss details that could pose a challenge to delivery specifically doorway size, stairways, hallways, and other obstructions preventing a smooth delivery process. If Delivery is unable to be made you will be responsible for all outbound shipping costs. This is why after every mattress sale our Sleep Solutions Specialists will go over all the details to avoid any potential problems that may happen during delivery.

90 Day Comfort Exchange Policy
Adjust the comfort on any top comfort layer for FREE within 90 days of your purchase not including the shipping costs. Just fill out a simple form at naturepedic.com/layerswap and order your new layers. Then, schedule a pickup for your original layers using a prepaid return label, and you're all set. You'll be issued a full refund once we receive your original layers back (so long as they're received back within 90 days of your original invoice date). It's that easy! Return Policy - Since Naturepedic will never resell a used mattress, we are not able to accept any returns. We will, however, work with you as best we can to ensure a proper exchange as per the above policy if you are not completely satisfied. Adjust the comfort on any layer in either the Bella Duo, The Duo, and the 81 within 90 days of of receiving your mattress. If you purchase any other certified organic mattress from OMI we have
a wide selection of mattress toppers that can be purchased at up to 50% off. All we ask is that you sleep on your new organic mattress for a minimum of 3-4 weeks to allow your body to properly adjust to a new sleep surface. We will always do our best! to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your organic purchase from us which is why we take the proper time to guide you through selecting the right mattress for you.
Since neither OMI or Luxurious Beds and Linens will never resell a used mattress, we cannot accept any returns. however we will work with you as best we can to to ensure that you are completely satisfied your your new organic mattress purchase from us.
