Returns and Refunds
We will accept and provide a full refund on any bedding, pillows, or other regularly stocked merchandise that is unused and unopened excluding special and custom orders.
All customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning a product to us. It is also important to remember that we offer free shipping on select items across Canada so when returning a product, a refund will be provided minus the shipping costs. Cabinet Beds, Bedroom, and Living Room Furniture
Although we stock select Cabinet Bed and Sleep Chest Models they are considered a special order which means there are no returns, you can however cancel your order within 24 to 48 hours prior to shipping.
The same policy is applied to Wesley Allen, Zero Gravity Chairs, and Night and Day Furniture.
Every Murphy Bed, or Bedroom Furniture is covered under the manufacturer's warranty. In the event of a warranty claim we will act on your behalf to service your product expeditiously as possible.

As per our company philosophy and policy for mattresses we do not accept any returns on mattresses for all our brands although select customizable organic mattresses can have the comfort adjusted over time (Please See Below).
We feature 2 main brands Naturepedic and Nature's Embrace that offer a layer swap through the manufacturer as we do not accept any returns on mattresses other than manufacturing defect on any mattresses. Nature's Embrace - Comfort Exchange and Return Policy
180 Day Comfort Exchange Policy
Adjust the comfort of any mattress with individual organic latex layers within 180 days of receiving your Nature's Embrace organic latex mattress. Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to the return and shipping of the new layer.
EOS Organic Mattresses - Comfort Exchange and Return Policy
90 Day Comfort Exchange Policy
Adjust the comfort on any top comfort layer for FREE within 90 days of your purchase not including the shipping costs. Just fill out a simple form at naturepedic.com/layerswap and order your new layers. Then, schedule a pickup for your original layers using a prepaid return label, and you're all set. You'll be issued a full refund once we receive your original layers back (so long as they're received back within 90 days of your original invoice date). It's that easy! Return Policy - Since Naturepedic will never resell a used mattress, we are not able to accept any returns. We will, however, work with you as best we can to ensure a proper exchange as per the above policy if you are not completely satisfied. If more than 90 days have passed since your original purchase date, you can still order new layers, but we cannot accept any layers back. Please visit naturepedic.com/layerswap to place your order.
